If you have bought something that does not satisfy you, you can return it. At The Bookstore “The Library” we want you to always be happy!

Return the products you have bought from our bookstore within 15 days from the date of receipt, together with the copy of the receipt or the delivery note (in case an invoice has been cut) provided that the package has not been unsealed.

Returned products should be unused and in excellent condition just before sale, in their full original packaging. We recommend that you check, at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects, e.g. struck goods, wrong kind etc.

The return of the products is done at your own expense and responsibility. In case of loss of the products upon their return, we do not have any responsibility. For this reason, the return of products should be done either by courier services, or registered through ELTA. In case of a defective product, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by our Bookstore.

Specialized products or products purchased after a special order are excluded from the return policy.
