Our company Bookstore "The Library" (Name: PAPAGEORGIOU MARIA of AGISILAOS) , is entitled to modify or renew the terms of use, prices and terms of transactions, which are performed through its online store www.thelibrary.gr. In the above case (modification or renewal of the terms) we undertake to inform you via email. Any orders that have been placed before the respective change of terms will not be affected.
The prices listed in the items of our e-shop are valid only for the purchase of products by cash and only through the website and not for purchases from our physical store. Τhe specific price is valid only for the products of the website that are on offer and cannot be combined with an additional discount.
Our bookstore does not guarantee the availability of our online store products. However, it undertakes to inform customers in time about the availability of the products they have ordered. Upon receipt and payment of a product, the corresponding document is delivered to the customer.
Our bookstore is not responsible in case of a possible technical problem for the visitors and users of our e-shop.
It is suggested to read the above terms of use of our online store before making a purchase. The transaction between us implies acceptance of the terms of use of our website.
How to Order
Our goal is to make the ordering process as simple and flexible as possible. That's why there are 4 different ways to place your order:

With absolute safety and delivery to your place from 1-4 working days. (Except for the products that are in short supply. In such a case, however, we will inform you about your choices.). In case of inaccessible areas the time can reach up to 4-5 working days and 4-10 days when it is on order.
B. By telephone:

C. Via e-mail:
Sent an e-mail: thelibrary1997@gmail.com putting the words «New order» in the subject / title and including the titles or codes of the products you want. It is necessary to include a contact telephone number for any lack in your order.
D. Through our store:
If you live near our store you can place your order on line and then go through our store to pick up your order.
Order Processing Time
After your order on our site, your order will be delivered within 1-4 working days from the date of order, because the delivery time depends on the availability of the products you requested. Some orders may have some further delays. For more information see below in “Order Delay”.
In any case, we want you to know that we do our best to serve you as quickly as possible.

Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
At any time you wish, you reserve the right to update or delete your data, in accordance with current legislation for the protection of personal data. If you still do not agree with the terms of protection of personal data provided in this section, you must not use our services.
Limitation of Liability
We work with many suppliers to be able to offer you a wide range of quality products, but sometimes some codes run out. In this case we do not have any responsibility to The Bookstore “The Library”. But if it happens to you, be sure that one of our representatives will contact you and we will try to find the best alternative to your problem.
Some products may also be defective or incomplete. Unfortunately, we do not have the responsibility in this case either, but it is our responsibility to try to make the process of returning and changing the products as easy and painless as possible. Finally, we do not have any responsibility if for some reason you decide to use a product contrary to the rules of use or for a purpose other than that intended.

Product Price Changes
It is possible that from time to time there are changes in the prices of products due to either price changes by suppliers or changes in transport costs.
If the prices change during the processing of your order then you will pay exactly the prices that were valid at the time of placing the order and not the new prices.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
- The product has been delayed from being shipped by our supplier:
In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers. However, there are cases where an order of ours can "stick" to its transport, with the result that we do not have it in our warehouses when we estimate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative or even cancel the order.
- The product you ordered has already been removed and is no longer available:
Among the thousands of products we display in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unannounced announces that they are withdrawing. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.
- In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, this may affect the transport and delivery of your order. In any case, we do our best so that you are notified as soon as possible and do not suffer.
Products out of stock
From time to time some of the trade codes may be out of stock. These codes are either re-released or withdrawn by the supplier and are therefore no longer commercially available.
If any of the products you have ordered have run out then one of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible to find the best alternative, either to send the order without the specific item, or to get your money back.
